NEW YORK, NY

It was 1917 when Thomas W. Lamb, the Loews Corporation’s acclaimed architect, designed the luxurious Victoria Theater. This palatial venue, known for its brilliant organ and clever vaudeville performances, quickly made its mark on energetic Harlem until it was transformed into a bland multi-screen cinema in 1987. Today this restored building will contain a 211-guestroom tower, a residential tower, an expansion home to the new Apollo Theater and many square feet of retail all located in the heart of Harlem’s neighborhood. This neighborhood will continue to evolve and the Renaissance, through its playful, thoughtful, distinctive revamp of the Victoria, will be part of this new era. Its polished glamour, however, encourages guests to never forget its heady, triumphant past.
